  On Monday evening we suddenly had a power failure in the house, we had lights, but nothing else. In the morning we managed to contact Rob at the company and he talked me through re-establishing power to some of the household sockets. There was, however, still a series of sockets malfunctioning. Luckily, his colleague, Arran, was in the vicinity and was able to attend to our emergency within the hour. He pinpointed the recalcitrant sockets quickly, fixed them expertly and in double quick time. We were exceptionally impressed with the help and standard of assistance. 100% happy. Thank you.

  Replacement / Upgrade of fuse-board and associated certification

  Just had my fuse-board replaced by Rob from Redfern Rowley Ltd. The work was undertaken in a professional, methodical manner, and we were walked through the work as the activity progressed. Rob was pleasant and knowledgeable throughout and completed the task leaving no residual mess or damage. The job was completed in a timely fashion as quoted with no additional charges or attempts to upsell. All relevant certification and testing were also provided.   Fantastic service

  I called with an emergency as all the power had been cut off, although all the switches on the old fuse board were still on. Rob picked up the phone immediately, was willing to rearrange his appointments to attend the property and was also able to diagnose the problem over the phone. A first class service, I will definitely be a returning customer!

  I received an excellent service from start to finish. The electrician (Robert) completed the electrical safety certificate for my home professionally and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, the work was carried out thoroughly, and the certificate was issued promptly.
