He went out of his way to thoroughly investigate and fix the problem at our home, not just relying on the information we provided. We had a faulty smoke alarm which was going off at all hours of the day. As all the alarms in the house were getting ready for renewal Nick replaced the lot for us. The job was done in one morning ( including shopping for the new alarms) and there was no fuss or mess. All in all a good job done by a very pleasant young man and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him for other jobs.
