Do not employ this company, they installed our project from Wickes, a bathroom, utility and kitchen. The work was scheduled to take 6 weeks and ended up taking over 8 months. The work is substandard and you have fight every step of the way to get things resolved. The fitters have no qualifications and are completely incompetent. We have been left with issues that they don’t want to do anything about.

A very stressful experience. Never to be repeated, so many faults, was on brink of telling them to take new kitchen back out and go away

Red dragon team did a great job on my kitchen remodel. Simon came very quickly after I was referred to them. Florin, who did most of the installation, was outstanding, very attentive to every one of my requests and working overtime to finish the project even after some unexpected issues caused delays. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Bathroom fitted in 2023 and nothing but problems since – leaks, ceiling collapse, bodged repairs, and now a plumber says it’s one of the worst jobs he’s ever seen. I’m left with a massive bill to fix their mistakes. They also install for B&Q and Wickes – so if you’re buying a bathroom with installation through them, check who the installer is. Do not let this company near your home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Simon & Red Dragon have been brilliant to us. Simon & Red Dragon came to us following remedial work on our Wickes bathroom installation. Simon & Red Dragon took our concerns on board and rectified them all. Simon came to our house, listened to us and really got on board with what we wanted.
