Great communication, very clear explanation and very considerate

we had a noise coming from the loft at night. James had a very quick response time, was knowledgable and was happy to answer my many questions. we've not had any further issues since the second visit.

Survey revealed rat droppings in loft. James came out that day and applied the first treatment to remove mice (not rats). Excellent service and James was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

James was prompt to respond and arrived when agreed. James treated the nest so I could remove after a couple of days. Work came with a guarantee to revisit free of charge should I have another nest in the same place within a year. Would call on again if needed.

Recti-fly were great and efficient. Sorted cause of issue out so hope they don't come back!
