Job was completed promptly and professionally, it was fully tested before leaving, to make sure all safety checks had been done, all in all a top experience all round.

Job not done... but they wanted the money. They have absolutely no knowledge of what they are doing and they do not send certificates

I rang last week and my call was answered and dealt with by Megan. Very professional and helpful. Mitch and Felix came out today has arranged. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before to say they were on their way. They both introduced themselves, very rare these days. They did a great job, their attention to detail was amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me. They left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. I hope they are recognised for doing a very good job. Right from the first visit to provide a quote for work, an impressive level of communication, positivity & solutions-based attitude. The Team worked to a tight schedule with a great work ethic, based on problem-solving and communication about all aspects of the job. The guys that came to carry out the work were pleasant, friendly and answered the many questions that I had - they even cleaned up after the job. came out to upgrade water pipes from 15mm to 28mm agreement was to run all the way to all 4 bathrooms which they didn't but still charged what was quoted. in the process they've left pipes sagging and unclipped meaning plasterer cant bond over. the guys used the toilet and urinated all over the floor and left the site a absoloute mess. I emailed them with my concerns surprisingly no response. The pipe upgrade was pointless as the 22mm should have been maximum they upgraded unless they changed all pipes from cylinder to 28mm. Avoid at all costs terrible service followed by no response!
