Bob created and completed a main bathroom and en suite in our Victorian house. He was very clear and informative throughout the entire process with costs, what the focus was, timelines and suggesting on how to make our designs better. The job was completed to an excellent standard and was always incredibly clean and tidy. Being an old house there were several challenges which were unknown but he navigated and provided us options to resolve. Would highly recommend him and his work for any bathroom job.

Bob has been very helpful, he has done a great job and constantly listening to my requests, the result is outstanding and he has priced both jobs decent, I fully recommend and use him again in the future!

Bob refitted our bathroom with a low shower base and glass panel, new vanity unit, a higher toilet, and lovely flooring. He was very polite, amiable and informative, reliable and very tidy. He was able to carry out the work with very little disruption and was very reasonably priced. We asked him to come back later to replace the kitchen sink and taps, which he did , again very professionally. We would definitely recommend him.

Bob was extremely polite and friendly from the first time I met him to the final day of the project. He send over a detailed quote breaking down all the materials including the labour so I knew what part of the job was going to cost what meaning I could alway change my mind if I didn’t want a certain job doing. Bob is very knowledgeable and help me reconfigure the bathroom in a way that worked way better than what I had planned. Bob gave us a competitive quote, we had already seen his work with our neighbour. We had 3 new bathrooms fitted, lots of work needed as they had not been changed since the house was built 24 years ago, lots of shoddy work that Bob needed to rectify. Bob is punctual, tidy, friendly and takes great pride in his work. We are very impressed with the quality of work.

Bob was very punctual and efficient. He worked conscientiously throughout the 4 days he was with us. He kept us informed at all times of what had been done and what was left to do. Bob tidied up as he went along and caused minimum fuss and inconvenience. We would certainly not hesitate in either using him again or recommending him to others, a real professional.
