10 Central Heating System turned on but boiler not on

Very much happy with the service. Called out in mid winter at 08:30am on Saturday, came in at around 14:00pm - surprisingly quicker than any used before. Found the problem i.e. the malfunctioning actuator of the 3-way valve in less than 10min and replaced it in less than half a hour. Posted my job on Wenesday afternoon and Serge came first thing Thursday morning. Not only did he quickly identify and fix the problem but also serviced the boiler as well. Following last weeks freak weather conditions, our boiler ceased working . After calling several well know tradespeople came across Serge and his business, made a call on Monday 25th November , explained our predicament , due to the cold weather snap.
