  Turn Key HMO Project

  We recently completed a 3 to 6 bed HMO conversion project in Reading that included taking the house back to brick and adding an extension and a dormer.   I had initially attempted to engage an online architect for a 6m extension project in Reading. Unfortunately, the plans they provided fell short of plannining approval and lacked crucial details. Thankfully, Bianca came to our rescue. Not only did she secure the approval for us, but she also went the extra mile by suggesting a builder who offered a 20% lower quote.   2 Storey Home Extension in Reading

  Before meeting Bianca we spoke with a number of architects about doing a two story home extension but they were either too expensive or didn't provide the service needed. Bianca provided the full design and build service which made the experience smooth. We felt we were always in control and informed. We have small kids so we appreciated that builders were mindful and tidy. We have now asked her to do the interior design and refurbishment of the rest of our house and can't wait for the end result.

  Bianca is a professional and trustworthy architect who made the whole HMO refurbishment including garden extension and loft conversion a great experience. She provided detailed drawings with multiple revisions, practical advice tailored to our needs, and had a team of trusted builders. Through her contacts Bianca made planning permission, building control and party wall survey a straightforward process. HMO officer praised the high standard being implemented. The best part is that she was managed the entire process and actually came under budget. Tenants love it and are paying premium rent.
