We hired Richard and Steve to install a new front door (with frame) and refresh our garage door. While both were professional and easy to deal with, the overall finish was disappointing given the cost. Caulking around the frame was messy, sealant around the garage door was missing, paintwork was uneven, and fittings didn’t match the agreed finish. Richard did return to fix some issues, but several problems remain, and our follow-up email about a damaged lock went unanswered. The result feels disappointing and lacks the attention to detail we expected.

The whole process, from initial contact, obtaining a quote and carrying out the works was quick and efficient. Richard replaced kitchen worktops, repaired a garage doorframe and made some improvements to storage cupboards. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results. Everything was left clean and tidy. There was great communication throughout the process, with any problems quickly overcome. Richard was punctual, pleasant, polite and considerate. I highly recommend Reactive Co MK and will use their services again.

The workmen were courteous but friendly. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They worked to a high standard which is what I wanted. I am so pleased with the workmanship that I recommend them highly and will be using them again

I needed my hall, stairs and landings redecorated including stair rails and spindles. The finished product is perfect, I’m so pleased with the result. The painter is meticulous and pays attention to detail. There was some carpentry work to be done, repair a ceiling, new wooden front gate and an unusual request. This was to repair a large wooden carved bear in the garden!! It’s base was rotten and need remounting onto a new log base and needed cleaning up and reoiled, it looks fabulous now. Both workmen were polite, punctual and perfectionists and tidy. FIVE stars.

Excellent customer service from first point of contact all the way through to work completed. Friendly, punctual and reliable. No job to small. Definitely will use again.
