  Steve is very professional and friendly. He was very helpful with helping us decide how we wanted the bathroom done and ensured all the small details were thought of even if we forgot them. Highly recommended!!

  Electric hot water tank fix

  Steve arrived in time and was very polite. He fixed my electric water tank for me. Before he changed the parts he tried a reset to see if he could do that without having to change anything. He tided up after himself. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

  A damp patch had appeared in a first floor ceiling which suggested a slow leak from somewhere and we wanted someone to come and investigate. Steve and Reaction Property Service had been recommended to us and we're very glad that he was. We were concerned that it would be necessary to lift the floor in the en suite but Steve calmly advised otherwise, made a small hole in the ceiling and was able to detect and the fix leak in one visit. He then returned to make good the hole a few days later. A really good job, no fuss, tidy, prompt, well priced and a decent chap. Would highly recommend.

  Steve was recommended to me by a friend. I needed a couple of plumbing jobs done. He arrived on time and worked diligently. He cleaned up any mess and took away the rubbish. I am very happy with the job he did and would highly recommended him to others.
