Great experience with Reach for a roof replacement. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. The team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Highly recommend.

Fixed leaking roof

Came to give us a quote to fix a leaking roof. Went on to roof to look at the leak and was able to fix it while he was up there. Took photos of the leak and his fix. Was absolutely brilliant, looking forward to receiving a quote for a couple of other bits that require attention.

Jonathan communication was excellent. He was very quick in coming round to assess what needed to be done and in sharing a quote. The quote was competitively priced and all the work was carried out in the stated timeframe, and to a higher standard. We would recommend Jonathan to others, and if we needed any roof works, we would happily contact him again.

Repair to leak on velux windows on back extension

Jonathan was professional and polite from start to finish. Came to look and the job the same day I sent the request out. Identified the problem straight away. Arrived the day and time we arranged. Finished the job and left it tidier than when he arrived! Can’t recommend reach enough. Have some work to do at the front porch and will be using Jonathan again.

Fixing leak caused by broken tile

Arrived promptly, quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it the same day despite the tiles not being made any more! Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.
