    Hall and landing redecoration

    We are absolutely delighted with the work. Ryan is incredibly professional, unbelievably tidy, and meticulous in every detail. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, I’m hesitant to write this review because once people see how talented he is, he’ll be fully booked and we won’t be able to get him again! But credit where it’s due—truly top class workmanship.

    Sanding down and repainting a front door. The service above says tiling as no paint option

    Ryan was very professional, he checked the colour with us first, he was prompt and reliable. He sanded down the door, applied a base coat, then three colour coats with primers. He also replaced the letterbox and door handle. The door looks lovely and brand new. We are very pleased with his work.

    Bathroom Refurbishment

    Ryan has previously done some plastering work for us to a really high standard. This time he worked his magic on our tired looking family bathroom. Ryan went above and beyond to transform it including a tricky herringbone floor. A really lovely job. Thank you!

    Repeat customer - tiling & decorating

    Ryan has carried out numerous jobs for us including extensive tiling and lots of redecorating. He goes above and beyond to achieve a perfect finish. He is competitively priced, very courteous, clean and tidy. All the jobs have been completed to such a high standard that we wouldn’t use anyone else and now he has completed plenty of jobs for our friends and family.

    Replastering and redecorating

    Ryan did some replastering and redecorating of our sitting, dining, utility rooms and kitchen last year. We were so pleased we asked him to redecorate our hall, stairs, landing and study this year. He worked efficiently, arrived on time, cleared up after his day, was open to last minute requests and very flexible in meeting our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to anyone.

RD Precision Finishes is owned and run by myself Ryan Davies, I have been in the trade since leaving school in 1995.


I began my career as a plasterer and tiler, building a strong foundation in surface preparation and finishing.


Around 20 years ago, I moved into decorating work and have specialized in this craft ever since.


My decades of hands-on experience ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
