  Kitchen renovation inc. Wall removal and steel frame installation

  Rob and his team were excellent from start to finish. Great communication, very conscientious and tidy and willing to discuss the job as it unfolded. We had some snags along the way and Rob and his team dealt with it all very positively and professionally. We are very happy with our kitchen, and building control passed no problem.   Composite Decking fitted to steel framework

  The project was not straightforward, however Rob recommended a great workaround. Rob was hardworking, gave attention to detail, was swift with any communication replies, and his timekeeping was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the finished works, and would highly recommend his services. Many thanks Rob, you did a fantastic job.

  Completely strip out a 3 bed terraced house, renovate and modernise it.

  I have used Rob previously and have always found him and his team to be very reliable and provide a great service. This job was a total renovation of a 3 bed house to be rented out. This included roof work, new stud walls and plastering the entire house. New windows, electrics and plumbing. A new kitchen and bathroom and outside decorating, plastering and hard landscaping. I needed the work to be completed in a short time frame and Rob made sure this happened. He always communicates well on the job as it progresses and explaines how to solve and issues that came up.

  Rear extension

  From start to finish Rob and his team were fantastic. It was the first bit of building work we have ever done in our property so was quite daunting. Rob, discussed plan options before we contacted the architect and helped us talk about different budget options. Throughout the work the house was left tidy, everyone on the job was polite and courteous of being in our home. The suggestion of a temporary partition wall was brilliant as it made the kitchen useable whilst the build was in progress. We are delighted with our new extension. It's really made our house a home!

  Full renovation of 3 bedroom house

  I would highly recommend Rob and his team. I have used him before and trusted that he would be able to turn around the project in the required timeframe. I bought a house as an investment property in a very poor state. It needed total renovation including a new kitchen and bathroom, plastering, flooring, electrics, roof repair, plumbing and landscaping. Rob did an outstanding job and on time. He is always very easy to work with and considerate.
