Turned up promptly, gave quotes for 2 options for work. I did not feel pressurised to make a decision. The quotes were fair. I was kept informed every step of the way and given notice of anything I needed to do before work commenced. (Check with neighbours that it was OK to erect scafolding) all work was completed in a timely manner, quietly and efficiently). It was all cleared up and rubbish removed.
