  First class service from the initial contact through to job completion. John is a skilled worker with numerous skills. In addition to installing a new clue John made some bespoke fire bricks including a new baffle for items that had been discontinued. I would highly recommend this company.

  They get it done - no drama, high quality work

  John came out at short notice when we were having trouble with our Rayburn flue in the winter, and a few months later we told him we had an idea to rebuild our fireplace, removed and inset stove and swap another stove into it which we already owned... Not a typical job. Could he help? Yes he could help! Advised us on what was possible in the most can-do way, made it happen, and after all the building work and installation was complete, all rubble was removed - brilliant. All communication through Paula was quick and easy, and we are really happy. Thank you!

  Transformative stove fitting

  Where do I start. The process from start to finish has been a delight. From the initial review and quote Paula and John have excelled in keeping us informed. John is a real find as a builder with many years experience and this shows in the quality of his work and his professionaism. He is also a genuinely nice guy. His work is exceptional, using lime mortar for pointing the brickwork hearths which look amazing. All work was completed on time and both he and Shane are very tidy. RCT stoves are a truly excellent small business and we cannot be happier with the service they provided.
