Excellent communication about timing, what was needed and regular pictures of the work being completed. Punctual and polite. I am very pleased with the standard of the work which was completed in the time promised. I would certainly recommend this company.

After several failed attempts at getting quotes from other roofers, Rob came highly recommended by a builder I had used previously. Rob visited and quoted promptly, and reassured me of exactly what work needs to be done. I was kept informed at all stages and the work was completed to an extremely high standard. Very pleased with the outcome.

Unusually - no deposit was requested. The quote was reasonable and there were no added expenses which is what I have encountered with other repairers. As I was away at the time, photos of work in progress was sent so I could see what was happening. As the house has 3 floors - repair of the roof did require someone with a head for heights. I have waited a while to write the review to make sure there was no leakage and there is none. I am very happy with the work - some of it was to correct poor(and expensive) work done in the past. The work was done very professionally.

They gave me two options for the roof and I was not pressured with which to take. They explained each option thoroughly so I could decide. The work was carried out professionally and I was updated all along the way as to what was being done.

Rob was fantastic. From first quote was very responsive and was able to fit us in at short notice. Was also good on the quote which was transparent and clear.

We needed our chimney removed urgently and Rob was accomdating, booking us sooner rather than later. Was courteous and tidy. Would recommend.
