  he is so precise, brilliant, he is polite, explains everything, tells you things that can be done better, the job he has done is superb, he gave good advise on damp issues, sorted out the felt on the guttering, his time keeping is excellent, I would recommend, i will use him again

  Edward did top work, explained everything and is a great and honest worker. He even came to the house on a rainy day to explain in person why he couldn't carry out the work that day. I highly recommend.

  Render removal, repair to walls, repointing, laying concrete.

  After Edward had worked on our roof, we were so impressed with the quality of his work that we asked if he was able to remove a failed render put in by the previous owner and repair the walls around our yard as well as extend a concrete base for a new shed and fill in an external wall. As before, Edward was brilliant and we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Edward to anyone.

  Slate roof, fascias, chimneys, gutters and brickwork needing repairs

  Edward was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our roofs, fascias, chimneys, gutter and walls had not seen much care in 120 years and, despite the terrible January weather, Edward patiently, carefully and professionally worked through all the issues we discovered - from removing one chimney, to repointing two others, replacing gutters and fascia boards, repointing our back wall and relaying the lower slate roof with original slates. Edward and his guys left everything clean and tidy and we're very happy with the job. In fact, we're hoping Edward will be available for other work we have.

  Two new bay roofs with fascia and soffit

  I needed someone to come in and restructure the timber work of two bay roofs after previous poor workmanship. Edward of RCP totally dialled into this from the get go. Talked me through how he would go about the job and gave me confidence that he had the skill set to tackle the job. His price was fair and his reviews read very well. I decided to take Edward on, and have no regrets about that at all. The roofs were re-boarded, covered with EPDM sheet, and new fascia & soffit were fitted. Edward also did a little chimney work too. Quality of the work was superb, and he's very a decent guy with it
