RCH was the only compamy to respond to my request for a quote and assistance. I believed this was due to me making it very clear I was a single parent with limited funds. I'm am very greatfull they did. Received a call within a week, the person on the other end was very understanding, turned up on time for a quote and provide a long term solution within my budget. There was some delay on the day, but that's understandable, communication were constant through the day. would highly recommend.

The guys came to replace our church boiler house roof and did a brilliant job. They stayed on site well after the 'normal' finishing time to get the job done as the weather was not the best on the day. They took away all of their waste and left the site clean and tidy and when booking the job, Richard who owns the company was a pleasure to deal with and really knows his stuff. I would have no hesitation in using RCH Roofing again or recommending them to others. They were great!

Richard came to see us within a day of us contacting him. Communication was great. He quotes there and then and we accepted. His team visited and carried out the work to a very high standard, removing shrub and repointing and repairing the chimney. His team were friendly and great to have around. The whole process was smooth and problem free.

Firstly, and very importantly, they turned up when they said they would, for both the quotation and the start-date of the work. They also provided me with a temporary fix for the leak until the agreed date for the work was done. The guys who did the job got on with it and kept the area clean. They replaced my rear extension and garage roofs with rubber. I am going to give them the next job (replacing the main roof) when I have saved up for it!

I would thoroughly recommend Rich and his team. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work ethic of the guys who replaced my roof was second to none. This was a large roof and the work was completed in 3 days. They also ensured that everything was left tidy at the end of each day. It was refreshing to meet someone who communicated clearly and did what he promised. The work was completed to a very high standard and the price was very competitive considering that the facia at the front and side of the house were also replaced. Thank you RCH roofing.
