RCH roofing replaced our old roof which had been leaking. We found them to be extremely efficient, reliable and also very tidy - our property was swept and rubbish disposed of at the end of each day. From first meeting with Richard to request a quote for replacing our roof to the completion of the work we have been kept informed of dates when tiles, etc. would arrive and these were adhered to. He involved us in the whole process by showing photos, personal visits and e-mails. The roofers were very pleasant to have around (and extremely efficient and thorough). The entire roof had to be replaced, except for the main joists. RCH kept to their timeline and carried out the work promptly. The team was very polite, helpful, and hardworking. I think I only saw them twice taking a break. The team worked full days starting early in the morning and finishing late at the end of the day. Rich was present throughout the job providing direction, client support & advice and helping his team with the repairs/construction. We had a lot of issues with our slate roof and chimneys flagged on our survey. After a few quotes, Rich offered what I believed to be the most comprehensive quote at a reasonable price. He was good at explaining the work to us and resolving queries we had. After the work had begun I changed my mind about the tiles going on the roof and Rich and his hard working team were accomodating of this. 6 months down the line, a couple of slates which had been cut where our neighbours roof meets ours slipped loose. Despite being very busy, Rich and his team were able to promptly fix this at short notice.

Communication was very good and Rich was very responsive from the outset. He was always available to answer queries and was flexible with timings. The team were friendly, polite and worked extremely hard, with obvious care and expertise. They explained every aspect of the work and answered my many questions with patience so that I felt I understood the work being undertaken.
