Ricky arrived on time, understood the problems and set to work. He explained the work done, answered my questions and gave helpful advice. I would recommend.

They came quickly when I asked for a visit but I had to chase them to give me an estimate . How ever when accepted it , they turned up the next day . Bath needed silicon replacement which was done in 4 hrs, was a bit difficult. Still awaiting drawers handles . Worked neatly . Still awaiting estimate on another bathroom replacement and adding an en-suite .

Another fantastic job from Ricky and Charlie. They came to fit new radiators and lay new piping to all downstairs rooms. Not an easy job as they had to take up existing laminate flooring to access old piping. All flooring has been put back to perfection. They really are experts in their profession. They always arrive on time, they are friendly , courteous and respectful of your home. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used Ricky and Charlie before and I have absolute peace of mind they will do an amazing job. IHighly recommend to anyone looking for great plumbing services.

Ricky was a great guy from our first contact to finishing the job. He was clear with all costs and work from the start, timely and considerate when working and left my bathroom and staircase spotless. The work he has done to transform our bathroom is second to none and we are really pleased.

I have never used such a reliable service. Did exactly what they promised to do. Very smooth running. Very clean, tidy workers, pleasant manner. Time scale was exactly right with no waiting around for other workers to arrive. I do not think I could have found better.
