Fixed lighting problem I had with no trouble at all, explained everything that was wrong and what was required to fix, which was done there and then, good guy too.

After a delay because of sickness in the company, I had the work carried out today, and after confusion on my part, extra was payable, but it was ok, and the work was done on the light fitting. The socket will have to wait, but I would have no hesitation in using the company again

Company was reliable and kept in contact with me about estimated time etc. cleaned up afterwards

Daniel was cert courteous and friendly. He did a great job and my wife was very happy.

The company were upfront at giving an acceptable quote for the work and were able to book in an early date to come and complete the work! Unfortunately they did not appear when agreed at 11am. I had no contact from them and had to reach out to be advised that the person due to complete the work had called in sick! They were able to reschedule for later on the same day! The employee that came was great and completed the work very efficient and to a high standard! I was pleased with the end result, so only negative feedback is that they should try and keep customers informed if any changes

The electrician was professional, discussed the problem and the solution and updated me throughout the process. They were very well-mannered and spoken and I felt very at ease with them in my house. I would definitely use the company again and have already recommended the company to family.
