Rick was fab from start to finish; quickly identified the problem and got it sorted. He was affable, competent and very clear on price and process. An issue we'd had for several years was sorted in a couple of days.

Ricardo arrived as agreed, identified the problem and provided an immediate solution to stop the leak from the gutter. He advised that the fascia might need to be replaced in the future, however he suggested an additional repair to stop water dripping from behind the gutter; and gave dates of his availability to carry out the work. He was very polite and professional. I would recommend RC3 as Ricardo provided an interim solution, the cost of the repair and the quote for the additional work was fair.
