We employed RB following an initial visit from Sam who put us at ease, expressed excellent knowledge, advice and understanding of what we wanted. We explored different frame colours and fascia finishes with her assistance using CGIs which enabled us to make an informed choice. We were encouraged to choose RB to undertake what was a pretty big job as we knew they could do the windows, soffits, gutters and fascias and felt comfortable that we were in safe hands. There were supply issues, but the job is now complete and we are absolutely thrilled.

Helpful staff in show room… Soon arranged for surveyor to check measurements etc.. Kept up to date when door arriving. Fitter arrived on time and did a great job… Would definitely recommend RB Windows….

RB Windows recently built our porch. They were professional and efficient throughout. They were happy to adapt the design to our requirements and we were impressed how tidy and clean they left the space at the end of each day. We had our windows and doors replaced in May 2024. We chose RB on the recommendation of a neighbour. The install was completed on schedule and everything neat and tidy after. The facade is a huge transformation from mahogany to a modern cream flush design & a Chartwell green door. The rendering was repainted magnolia & the end result so much better than envisaged. We had many immediate compliments on the transformation from passers by and neighbour's. The new windows have made the home much warmer and quieter. We couldn’t be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending RB.
