Great communication via WhatsApp, and Rob was professional and easy to work with. He was happy to answer our many questions and work with us to make our vision come to life. From start to finish Rob has been great with communicating exactly what the job would entail, how long it would take as well as progress stages throughout the refurbishment. Rob and his Dad Tony are hard working and very respectful of the property, always leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. RB renovations are exceptional tradesmen in their chosen profession. From start to finish both father and son delivered the renovation on time and a design and quality that surpasses ordinary expectations. They took great care of the surrounding area of the home with due respect and attention. Excellent was their time keeping every day and were polite and helpful on any issues. I called Rob about a leaking toilet tank, he came round to check it and found it had cracked. He ordered a new toilet complete and fitted it when it came. First class service, I am very pleased with the work carried out.
