Jon involved a complete rip out of existing bathroom and full installation of new one. There were a few things that popped up unexpectedly but always great communication to make sure I knew what was going on and was happy with it. A lot of the work was done while I was away from home and no issues at all about, very respectful when in the property and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Work was completed on time and to a very high quality. Rob went through any minor issues, not caused by workmanship, with me before completion to make sure I was aware.
