Rob was extremely knowledgeable about my system and intruder systems in general. He gave me options and his recommendation rather than just doing a job that i might not need. Rob visited and assessed the security requirements for the property, made recommendations and expained his reasoning. Rob is extremely knowledgable, He promptley followed-up with a quotation. On installation day, Rob arrived promptly and began by agreeing where the elements of the system would be placed, he installed the system and finally explained the system with a couple of tests.
