Richard is a total professional. He came to view both jobs and as soon as I started talking through the jobs with him, I could tell he absolutely knew his stuff. I honestly cannot recommend Richard enough. He was extremely thorough, and took the time to go through the house with us beforehand to inspect every mark that we were concerned about and set realistic expectations. His attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding and we were very impressed with the results.
