What i thought was a simple fix turned out to be a trace and fix job. Emma in the office was brilliant at keeping me updated and Jon who carried out the work was very professional, tidy and was committed to getting the job done. Very pleased its all complete with minimum disruption to my home.

For genuine reasons rescheduled but the work excellent, Rob sensible and kind so I am very happy.

From the initial discussions to the work being carried out, RBPM were really helpful throughout. Very happy with the finished work.

I just needed a couple of 'odd-jobs' doing, namely fitting toilet roll holder in a tiled bathroom and fixing a squeaky cupboard door. Both jobs were completed efficiently and tidily and definitely to my satisfaction. Recommended

A very good experience. Chris arrived on time , was introduced by Jonathan and started work immediatedly. He was trustworthy, chatty and charming, worked very hard taking great care in the detail of his work - the way the curtain rail hung on replacement or the need for another coat if he felt it was not up to his standard. The result was perfect. When he removed the dustsheets everything was clean! Even the crockery inside the kitchen cupboards! I doubted Rob when he said that would be so. I was wrong! ALL of the team were polite. I will certainly use RBPM again. Thankyou.
