Rob was reliable and did a good job installing a shower pump in my property which has low water pressure. He was responsive and timely and managed to do the installation in a few hours. The pump works well.

Had a leak under the sink from the stopcock and another fitting, he managed to get to me the same day, fixed all the leaks and replaced some bad pipework.

I continue to be very impressed with the level of service provided. Very clear communication provided, included messages updating about arrival times, quotations via email, etc. Excellent work itself (in this case, checking kitchen sink pipework relating to a leak and waste disposal unit replacement). Very professional and also a personal friendly service too. Everything left neat, tidy and clean and explanations of work done also provided, which I really appreciate. Will definitely use for my next job and have been recommending to good friends in the local area.

Rob got in touch promptly and was clear about cost and when he’d be able to complete the job, which was two days later. As it was he rang the next day as he had time to fit us in and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
