  Quote was reasonable and they were able to book me in within a week. Electrician was really nice and patient with all my questions as well and even helped me learn more about my fire alarms! Hope to appoint them again for the next EICER or anything else between now and then!

  Electrical socket in the kitchen

  Communication with the company was really poor, from the point of quote, it took a while for them to get back in touch with us and offer us their available dates. When we finally had a date booked in, they cancelled on the day due to an emergency on another job. We understood problems arise so asked when they could reorganise the job for us, and after 3 weeks of chasing the company for a response, they turned around and said they were busy for the next 5 weeks but also our location was a problem as we were 90 mins away from them (which was never mentioned as an issue or raised before).

  Remove old kitchen downlighting, check existing wiring and install new units

  The two engineers arrived on time. Isolated the electrical circuit and checked wiring. Removed all existing fittings and replaced with latest electronic type units and tested for full operation. Works signed off to satisfaction.
