My French doors had become misaligned so couldn't shut. RBC requested photos of the issue and provided me with a quote. Job completed today in less than 30 mins and the quote went down. Very pleased with the comms and execution of the work and very pleasant to talk to.

Excellent work punctual and friendly

They were timely, friendly and extremely informative throughout. Due to the extreme heat the door would not shut correctly and was continuously sticking. Rob managed to re-align, re-hang and correct the issue. Great job done with minimal fuss and everything cleaned up afterwards. Many thanks

I am incredibly happy with the work done. Dealing with just one person made the whole proces easy. No corporate nonsense or hidden extras. Rob came out the first day to look at the job and give an estimate, and then returned as planned to complete the work. The quality is excellent—very solid, professional, and well done. He also made sure to tidy up thoroughly before leaving, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use his services again 👍

great communication, attended site at a convenient time, gave options as to repairs, replaced a lock to try and rectify the problem and was honest to say that it wasn't necessary, spent another hour ensuring everything was in good working order.
