This company was recomnended to me and I asked to quote for a porch to include a downstairs toilet. I accepted the quote and work commenced. The work was completed to a high standard and the project was completed within the price quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Razor Developments.

Utility Room flooring rebuild

Work required was to remove the shower (cracked base) & relay the raised flooring due to rotten wood caused by the shower leakage. Replaced with concrete, new skirting & LVT on floor. Quick to respond to our advert on Checkatrade, quote provided in reasonable time at a competitive price, friendly and informative workforce, obliging with advice and quick to respond to queries. Crucially, the work was carried out to a very high standard within a reasonable timeframe. We were very satisfied.

Replacing air bricks to the cellar and replacing crumbling bricks. Tarmac surrounding area

Steve could see the problem and was punctual in visiting the property. The guys did a great job and were polite and efficient. Would recommend and will have them back to repoint the front in warmer weather. Will get a radiator repositioned in near future.
