Good advice about the fault and selecting a replacement Reliable engineer visit and efficient installation

Rayotec were simply a first class company to deal with from receiving a quote to the installation of a new solar panel inverter and meter. The company were very polite and everything went as smoothly as it could, would definitely recommend this company for any solar panel issues.

Rayotec is one of the few organisations with the knowledge and skills to provide maintenance and regular servicing of Solar Thermal Heating installations and this they do very professionally

Rayotec installed a solar thermal system for us over 13 years ago which was still working well until an unconnected problem required the system to be isolated. Local plumbers repaired the fault but were unable to recharge & repressurise the solar thermal. It was very reassuring to discover Rayotec were still in business - unlike many early entries to that market - and willing & able to help. On time, within quote, pleasant to deal with and went that extra mile by completing installing another sensor not requested. Brilliant!

Provided appointment in reasonable time and with engineer who knew the system. He had an idea of issue quite quickly, replaced controller and fixed the system, within about an hour.

Communication from initial contact through to completion was friendly efficient knowledgable prompt and conformed via e mail. The service required was to de-commission the system and the maintenance technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. The job was completed to our satisfaction in good time. Would defuse this company again.
