Brad attended for suspected rising damp. I had a quote for chemical DPC to fix the damp problem and brad was able to come round and not only prove it wasn't rising damp and save me thousands, but also explain clearly why and offer reasonable repairs to stop the damp. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an independent surveyor
