  Repair of bath waste pipe

  Toilet needed unblocking

  Richard arrived at my house first thing this morning as promised and corrected the toilet fittings as well as sorting out a lot of scaling in the soil pipe which had been problematic and had blocked the toilet on several occasions. Richard was so helpful in dealing with our problem and I couldn’t be happier with his work as I have a person in my household with really problematic anxiety issues which were exacerbated by the toilet blocking. Richard was also exceptionally polite and very tidy.

  Blocked main drain

  The operative arrived well ahead of the promised time and quickly sought a solution to our drainage problem. In the event it was something that could only be resolved by Southern Water, so he couldn't complete the job, but he was able to advise us clearly on what action to take in order to to resolve it.

  Blocked sewege pipes in both directions. Absolute nightmare.

  I recieved a phone call telling me Richard was on his way to do the job. Communication at it's best in my opinion. Was not left waiting wondering when the company was going to turn up. Richard arrived promptly, assessed the problem I had. Gave me a brief run down of what he would be doing to clear the blockage. Answered all my questions in a polite and informative manner. The problem was solved without issue. Richard hosed down the work area. A very professional operator, would have no hesitation recommending to others. The fee was I feel consummate with the work. No complaints.
