After advertising my issue they contacted me almost straight away brilliant service. On first visit he fully explained what would happen, laid first traps. Second visit to inspect and clear out any remains and clear traps. Fantastic service and would highly recommend. Cheers Henry

mis identified the vermin completely - said was squirreles and treated as such turned out to be rats

Henry came out to access our rat problem in the garage. He put down several traps with bait and we haven’t seen a rat since. Henry was on time and polite, explained the different type of rats too. Hopefully we don’t need Henry again but would absolutely call on him if we do.

I had been seeing signs of rodents for a while but haven't been able to stop them myself which was causing a lot of stress for my family. Henry couldn't have been more reassuring. He pointed out all the 'rat runs', sealed everywhere they were getting in and set traps. He came back and removed them so I didn't have to deal with anything myself. I've been checking regularly since and haven't seen any sign of them returning so thank you to Rat-man-do for all their help. It was all done for a very reasonable price in my opinion as well

Henry was ontime all three days he attended. Very polite and re-assuring.
