Rat Hammer Pest Control manage the pest control contract at the large private estate (over 550 flats) in West London that I manage. They are extremely diligent and knowledgeable. They currently deal with rodent and clothes moth control throughout the common areas. They have also been able to quickly and efficiently deal with occasional issues with wasp nests and squirrels. I thoroughly recommend their services.

I hired Sean to do rodent-proofing at my rented property after my insurance wouldn’t cover it. He went above and beyond, making sure the job was done properly and even checking the surrounding areas and giving extra advice at no extra cost. He’s knowledgeable, honest, easy to communicate with, very responsive, and his pricing is reasonable too.

Sean was great to work with - he listened to my suspicions and evidence, and took the investigation from there. Found a hole under the skirting and advised me it was a rat, and the reasons why. He blocked up that entry, and over a further 2 visit added some mesh under kitchen cabinets and fitted mouse guards over my air bricks. Also laid traps in various places, and came round to reset and check them after I heard a few go off one night. He’s helped put my mind at rest, I’d thoroughly recommend him

When you find a rat in your kitchen, you just want it gone, quickly and efficiently. Sean arrived earlier than he anticipated and was a hugely reassuring presence. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. He found the little rodent and sealed it off from the kitchen. He then meticulously searched for entrance points and identified an old extractor fan high on an external wall with scratch marks all over it. I felt relieved and comfortable in my house again.
