This company was used by my home insurance to make repairs, in the begining things where good but things began to go wrong, they where impossible to get hold of constantly ringing for updates and date of when the work would begin, when the work was carried out it was not to standard, again constantly chasing for dates when people would be back to make good, the work still isn’t finished 2.5 years on, a decorator was sent with no paint or equipment to start the job, plastering was lumpy, skirting with big gaps, they have put a review under my name that doesn't reflect my experience
