Very professional Jacob's team, especially Chris. Very serious about his work. Weather didn't help, but they manage to do a great job.

I contacted Rated Roofers Ltd after noticing slipped tiles on a 60 year old roof. Jacob was quick to respond, friendly and courteous. I was shown serious rot in the roof felt and batons and a new roof was recommended. I was given a choice of options to repair or replace. A new roof was installed quickly and professionally. Everyone working for the firm was friendly and polite. After finishing work the property was left very tidy. They also kindly spread the work over two weeks so there would be no noise on certain days when I was working night shifts. Friendly, professional - would recommend.

Originally it was a small job which turn out to having all the roof felt and batons replaced. Jacob was very helpful and outlined what needed to be done. The job was carried out professionally and efficiently. I would recommend this company.

The R&R Roofers upon having difficulties reaching the remaining foam spoke with me to agree to removing the 2 bottom rows of tiles to get out the remaining foam from the outside, it was then apparent of the damaged to the 60 year old felt and rotten wooden battens (very aged with water rot). so the roofing company and i agreed on the price etc, and they got on with the job.
