Tom contacted me to say they could be out within a few days which they did. Had a look at the roof & the valleys & it was decided to remove & renew all the felt & batons as rotten & instal 2 new valleys & then refit the tiles & re seat the ridge tiles.The team that did the work did a fantastic job & were very tidy & conscientious & I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had a terrible leak occur in my bathroom, rated roofcare came out inspected and gave me a reasonable price to fix my roof. Very happy with end product, very well mannered and extremely tidy. I highly recommend.

Following a terrible experience with another company, Rated Roof Care came every day including Sunday and Bank Holiday until over 90% of the work had been completed. At the end of each day the site was tidied and verbal updates given. The end result met all of our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.
