  A bigger job than expected!

  Although initially I only requested a boiler service as I am selling my home, and Cal did his best to carry a service out, it soon became obvious that my 12 year old boiler needed to be replaced. The installation was not straightforward and the heating system did not work properly until a new pump was also installed. This was obviously very bad news for me, but Cal could not have been more sympathetic and explained at every stage what was happening. He worked very long hours testing the system to find out what was wrong, and was altogether thorough, patient and friendly.

  Boiler repair

  Cal came out to us same day when our boiler stopped making hot water. We have quite and old boiler but wanted a repair not a replacement. Cal went above and beyond to get it going again! Multiple parts over multiple days but he stuck with it (despite it being a very time consuming and frustrating task!) He really knew his stuff, could explain competently what he was doing at each stage and had some brilliant diagnostic tricks. Really fair pricing and excellent service.

  repairs to bathroom fittings in our new home

  Khalifa responded to my job enquiry very quickly and the work was carried out the next day. In addition to my original enquiry 2 extra pieces of work were needed and he was happy to do these even though it meant he missed his next appointment. he was very helpful and gave good advice where needed and was a pleasant person to deal with. would recommend him 100%
