Good and personable communication. The job included a need to replace an unusual finial which proved impossible to source. As a result the reinstatement of the original finial was arranged resulting in the ideal result. Grateful for the work done to a high standard.

They turned up promptly, all workmen were courteous, and informative. Two problems became apparent and I was given photos and solutions. The work was neat and the rubbish was all cleared. The pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend.

Alan was brilliant,was responsive to calls/ texts & an excellent communicator. He came when he said he would, so is reliable. He answered all my questions, offering advice & guidance with a number of options. This was invaluable to us in considering whether to buy a particular house & supported our decision making. Came across as a genuine & sincere person who I would trust to use again.

All the work was carried out on time, at the quoted price (which was very reasonable) and care was taken while doing the work. I fully recommend them.
