I had a long term problem with black particles in my bath water. Three other plumbers had been unable to find the cause. One even suggested I needed to replace my hot water cylinder. Lewis found the cause in a few minutes. The flexi pipe leading to the hot water tap had a rubber lining inside which was breaking down. It was a simple case of replacing the pipe with a new one. He was very professional and gave me good advice. I would definitely use them again.

Lewis was a really kind person. I am stuck upstairs bedbound and he let himself in with the key box and just got on with the job when I explained how hard it was for me to come downstairs. He was swift and efficient and they were 25% cheaper than both the other quotes I had and came out within 48 of me posting the job.

Lewis came over and spent a couple of hours trying to fix the boiler. He was very diligent but unfortunately it was decided that due to the boiler being so old and several things wrong with it that a new boiler would be advisable. He safely disconnected it for me. The whole time he was informing me of what he was doing. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very quick to get someone over at short notice and a reasonable call out charge compared to other companies. I would definitely use them again and have asked for quotes for a new boiler.
