Phoned because my kitchen drain was blocked. Spoke to one gentleman to arrange the job. 5 minutes later Ollie phoned to say he could be with me in 20 minutes. Job completed quickly and the whole process was done and dusted within one hour of my phone call. Highly recommend this company.

Had another issue regarding drains at another property of mine. Been trying to manage it myself for a couple of weeks. I phoned Rapid Drains, explained the situation, however said there is no rush as could manage it. Sam informed me on how much worse the problem could if not managed sooner Thank goodness Sam came out when he did as problem was going to get worse, I just could not see that due to it being underground. 10/10 service , would again recommend. Thank you Sam.

Excellent professional service. Olly the engineer arrived as promised and explained the process even showing the camera picture after he had cleared my drain. Very pleased

They came out very quickly when we had a blocked drain. They cleared the blockage and advised us to have the existing drain rounded to avoid future damage. They have carried out this work very efficiently, fitting around our own timetable. I would recommend them very highly.
