  Turned up on time. Very polite and helpful. Good price and easy communication. Engineer was polite quick and tidy. Would highly recommend. I will use these guys again.

  Communication from start was excellent; prompt, clear and professional. With a fair quote quickly delivered. The start of work was delayed slightly, but this was communicated well without any issue. Work was performed professionally, without any issue - Matt was perfectly pleasant and got straight on with the work. Quality of the work is good, but there is some mesh / joining tape showing through the plasterwork - but this is minor. Quite a lot of dust was left on all the surfaces of the bathroom, as well as the carpet. But nothing too bad. Despite my quibbles - great service!

  Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Mason arrived promptly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Mason was friendly and took time to explain how to change the detectors in the future. He also made sure I was happy with the work and cleaned up afterwards.
