We recently had a two-storey side and a single-storey rear extension completed on our home, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Adam, Kes and the team were professional, reliable, tidy, and highly skilled. Messages to Adam and Kes were responded to quickly and helpfully. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful advice throughout, and maintained excellent communication during the entire project. The quality of workmanship was very high. They also came up with practical solutions to any unexpected challenges encountered during the works. Highly recommended.

Rapid Bee completed a dormer loft conversion and kitchen renovation in our Edwardian terraced house over May-October 2024. The project also involving flipping the ground floor staircase. The project came in close to the original budget and timelines quoted by Rapid Bee, with any revisions clearly explained and options provided where possible. They were communicative and and flexible, working hard to ensure we were happy and find solutions to any problems that occurred. We were very happy with the service provided by Rapid Bee and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Adam and his team at Rapid Bee carried out a loft configuration for us. From the beginning they were professional, reliable and trustworthy. The work included quite a big reconfiguration of a staircase which we were a bit worried about but we didn't need to be. Kes was the project manager and along with his team worked hard to keep us up to date and in the loop the whole time, whatsapping us of any updates and queries when we were out of the country. Of the 7-8 build companies I vetted, Rapid Bee stood out from day 1. I was impressed by Adam & Saul's professionalism, and the choice did not disappoint! Throughout the build they were present managers, and the onsite team were highly competent and worked hard every day. Initially I hired them for the extension, but was so impressed by their work ethic and organisational skills I got them to do the bathroom & some internal carpentry works. What sets Rapid Bee apart is that they really listen to the client, and as a result the house is even better than the initial drafted plans. Thanks guys!

We used Rapid Bee for a major refurbishment of our downstairs, including structural works, a new kitchen, and all associated trades. We are very happy with Adam, Saul and the team. Their work is of consistently high quality, and the whole team was very professional. They have very good organisation/ communication skills which helped them deal flexibly with some unexpected changes in our project. And they were very accommodating and respectful of us living here throughout the work. We will happily use them again.

We hired Rapid Bee to carry out a rear extension which included taking down the existing conservatory and kitchen, and extend the house towards the garden. The 5-month project required to dig deep new foundations, heavy steel to repoint the structure, new walls and roof and all the related plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling, decorative works down to the finer details. From the outset we were impressed by Rapid Bee's professionalism and eye for detail. Adam and Saulius who lead the team, provided a detailed plan of works and payment schedule broken down by week.
