Alex offered to come out immediately after calling even though it was the weekend. He tested and found the reason why the sockets in our office kept tripping. We'd had some flooring laid and they had managed to nail through a cable. Everything was clearly explained to me and Alex gave me different options to resolve. He repaired there and then.
