Excellent service, Lloyd knew what was wrong within a few minutes and had the part on his van so all fixed within twenty minutes and a very reasonable charge to go with the exemplary and friendly service. I would recommend Lloyd 100% if you have an issue with your domestic appliance.

We had been recommended Lloyd to look at our dishwasher. He arrived within 24 hours of contacting him and it was fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable rate. He was very pleasant and kept us informed what he was doing and the cost. Very impressed and can highly recommend!

I had put an earlier review about the repair to our dishwasher which failed after the first repair but I just wanted to add how good Lloyd was at coming back to take a second look at our dishwasher and finally fixing it. He did not give up. He stripped the dishwasher down for a second time and went through everything to find a very small leak which had been triggering the fault after the pump was replaced. Our dishwasher is 13 years old. Also with our tumble dryer which is now obsolete Llyod took the door away to hand fix it. Great skill and expertise. Thank you Llyod.

Lloyd and his son were very attentive. However our dishwasher has just packed up again after 3 washes. Lloyd is re-visiting again on Wednesday to fix our tumble dryer so we hope to find out what has happened to our dishwasher then. I have let him know that our dishwasher is not working again.
