2 of my fence posts had came loose/snapped. R&S give me a very good quote, so I offered them the work. Their communication was top notch, arrived on the day they stated and carried out the work with no issues and kept the area clean.

We received our quote quickly after the initial visit and the team were happy to adapt it based on changes we wanted to make. We were able to easily agree on a date for the work to start so did not have long to wait from quote to work. Ryan and the team were punctual and got on with the work, cleaning up and keeping us informed as they went. We are really happy with the new patio they installed and would have no issue in using them again for future work or recommending them to others.

Ryan and Shay kept me updated from the moment I accepted the quote right through to the end of the job. They made a fantastic team and were both very knowledge about their trade. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations as did their work ethic. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very respectful of my property and wishes. I was given a quote within two days of the estimate visit. After paying the deposit the work was scheduled for the following week. I am very satisfied with the work done and there was excellent communication from start to finish.
