  Christmas Boiler Replacement.

  Ryan is a Hero, we called him on the 23rd of December to report out boiler not working. We had carried out many repairs using other tradesmen on this boiler the latest being a pcb replacement. Unfortunately the previous tradesman was not honest and did not actually replace the pcb as identified by Ryan being original for the boiler. We told Ryan that we would like a new boiler fitted as we were sick of it breaking down during cold periods. Being the Christmas break we wasn’t expecting to get it done till the new year. However Ryan slaved away Christmas Eve to get a new boiler in and running.

  Toilet was leaking from waste at the back when flushing

  I found our toilet was leaking on flushing at around 6pm on a Thursday evening, called Ryan at R&R and he responded immediately. Realising it was our only toilet, He came to look at the problem and, after a quick trip for parts, fixed the issue perfectly. I had just walked through the door on returning from a stay in hospital and this was the last thing I needed but Ryan was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Ryan!!!

  Kitchen refit

  Fantastic guy to deal with! Punctual, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Has turned a complete disaster of a cupboard courtesy of the original install in the house back in 1999 and British Gas just recently, into an actual work of art! Pipes are now all right at the back, giving me valuable storage back in a small kitchen. They’re all straight, neat and serviceable too - thought went into how to get best outcome, and it’s much appreciated. If you’re looking for a plumber that can guide you and be trusted, stop here, this is your guy! Will certainly be using again.

  Water heater leak

  R&R came to the rescue when we discovered our water heater was leaking. The problem was identified, and further damage prevented on first call out. We had a quote for options to fully fix and Ryan came out again first thing the next day to install the solution so we could have our hot water back asap! Thanks R&R!

  Boiler Replacement.

  Called R&R as our boiler had stopped working and having a 3 month old baby we was panicked. Ryan arrived on site just 2 hours after we called him. He was well presented and well spoken giving us confidence already. He took notes and gave us a quote for a new boiler on the same day. He treated the job with urgency and booked us in the following day for a boiler install. Dust sheets went down everywhere and the job was completed to a high standard. Pricing was competitive and service was brilliant. We've now got him booked in for an all new radiators and a bathroom refurbishment. 10/10
