I contacted Riley in January as one of our chimney stacks was leaking into the loft. Within a day or two he came to scope out the issue, provided clear information of what was wrong & how he’d fix it and fixed price. Callum then completed the work to a very high standard within a week of that. 2 months later a new leak appeared from our flat roof, Riley came out to assess very swiftly again, then him & Callum did us full new asphalt roof seal within 10 days. Riley & Callum are 10/10 professional, friendly and respectful tradesmen and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

very cold and windy weather conditions but they were punctual and persevered to complete the job effectively preventing damp as showers were also intermittent. Photo evidence was provided as the job progressed which was reassuring.

Riley came round very quickly to asses the work required on our leaking chimney. He gave a really straightforward quote, saying the work that was needed, the cost, what it would involve and timescales. He was really happy to show me exactly what the problem was on this visit; and he was very clear on what the problem was and was happy to show me. His Colleague, Callum arrived bang on time on the day we agreed and didn’t stop working until he had finished. He did a really excellent job, was wonderfully polite and showed me clearly what he had done and making sure I was happy with the work.

Came round to fix a leak in the roof. Explained the issue both during the initial inspection and while the work was being carried out. Very polite and kept me updated while the work was being carried, even taking time to answer my questions about the material being used. Will obviously need to wait to ensure the leak is completely gone, but I have 100% faith. Will definitely be a returning customer.
