Rob and Rick are both excellent examples of the complete professional. The services they provide are first class in all aspects, from the friendly and personal way they deal with all customer enquiries to the way they arrive on site and quickly and efficiently complete the work and then meticulously clear up after they have finished. They are both happy to answer queries about the work in layman's terms or to give much more involved and technical information to those who want it whilst drawing on a huge reservoir of knowledge and experience with buildings and materials. Highly recommended.

Rick and Rob very knowledgeable. Procedure explained throughly. Once removal of cavity wall insulation begun a sample was shown to me to show how wet it was. Property left clean and tidy after work completed. Thanks gents.

Very pleased with R&R. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Reliable. Turned up on time, cracked on with the job and kept us well informed throughout. Kept the site tidy. They even added an air brick and touched up a bit of the pointing that was in desperate need of repair. Will be recommending to our neighbours who are considering having the same work done.
