Rick was excellent

I recently contacted Rick at R&R due to experiencing issues with the heating in my property. Rick was so friendly and helpful over the telephone. He actually took the time to listen to me which meant so much. A date was arranged for Rick to attend my property. Rick turned up today at the exact time that was arranged. On speaking to Rick, it was as if I'd known him for years. Rick was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough with his work and I have no hesitation in recommending R&R Cavity Insulation. 5 stars. I needed cavity wall insulation removing, Rick understood my position and gave me a solution. The price was great and I had the work done a week later. The communication from Rick was amazing. The job was done in 3.5 hours, Rick walked me round the house and explained what they had done. And invoice and pictures was sent that I needed for the estate agents. Rick & Rob arrived on time. So polite and empathetic. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me within a week of me contacting them. Would highly recommend.

R&R provided a competitive estimate for removal of cavity wall insulation from my property. The guys were on time, hardworking, respectful and polite. They explained the process of removing the insulation and also very informative on a couple of other issues I have with the property. At the end of the day everywhere was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

R and R removed my Problematic Cavity Insulation yesterday. They worked with skill and efficiency, left no mess, explained the work beforehand and did exactly what they said they would do.
